1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

This website is operated by Wise Words For Life (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, funnels (including those hosted on Systeme.io), or purchasing our products or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

3. SERVICES PROVIDED

We provide:

• Digital products

• Online courses

• Online coaching sessions

All Services are delivered electronically and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. PAYMENTS & PAYMENT PROCESSING

All prices are listed in your selected currency and must be paid in full at the time of purchase or booking.

We use third-party payment providers, including PayPal, to securely process payments.

• You may pay using your PayPal account or via guest checkout using a debit or credit card, if that option is available in your country.

• Payment details are processed directly by the payment provider.

• We do not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details.

We may receive limited transaction information (such as your name, email address, billing country, and payment confirmation) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and maintaining business records.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds are available.

5. TAXES

All prices displayed are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

At this time, Wise Words For Life (Pty) Ltd is not required to charge Value Added Tax (VAT) or similar sales taxes in the European Union or other jurisdictions.

6. REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING & COOLING-OFF

Coaching Sessions

• All coaching session bookings are final. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once a booking has been confirmed.

• You may reschedule your session using the reschedule link provided in your booking confirmation email, provided that you do so at least 1 hour before the scheduled session time.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 1 hours before the scheduled session will not be accepted.

• Failure to attend a scheduled session, or failure to reschedule within the permitted timeframe, will result in the session being forfeited without refund or credit.

• Rescheduled sessions must be used within 6 months of the original booking date. After this period, unused sessions will expire without refund or credit.

• You may not record, screen record, screenshot, or otherwise capture any part of your coaching sessions without our prior written consent.

Online Courses

• All course purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

• If a technical issue caused by us prevents access, we will attempt to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. If the issue cannot be resolved and is proven to be on our side, a refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.

Digital Downloads

• All sales of digital downloads are final.

• If a technical issue caused by us prevents access, we will assist you or may offer a credit at our discretion.

EU Cooling-Off Waiver

If you are located in the European Union:

By purchasing digital products, courses, or coaching services:

• You expressly request immediate access or delivery of the Services

• You acknowledge that performance may begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period

• You agree that your right of withdrawal is waived once access begins or the service is fully performed

7. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details

• You are responsible for all activities under your account

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use third-party providers to operate and deliver our Services, including:

• Systeme.io (hosting, funnels, email marketing, course delivery)

• PayPal (payment processing)

• Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

• Advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads)

These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

9. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

• We act as the data controller

• Third-party providers act as data processors

• Your data may be processed internationally

• We do not store sensitive payment information

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided through our Services is the intellectual property of Wise Words For Life (Pty) Ltd.

You agree:

• Not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell content

• Not to remove branding or ownership identifiers

• To use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. PROHIBITED USE

12. COACHING SESSION CONDITIONS

Coaching sessions are conducted via online platforms (e.g. Google Meet or Zoom).

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device and internet connection are functional

• Joining sessions on time

Failure to attend due to technical issues on your side will not qualify for a refund or reschedule outside the permitted timeframe.

13. TESTIMONIALS & MARKETING

If you voluntarily provide testimonials, feedback, or results:

• We may use them for marketing purposes

• We will take reasonable steps to protect your identity

• You may withdraw consent for future use

14. DISCLAIMERS

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

• Specific results (e.g. IELTS scores)

• Continuous or uninterrupted service

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Wise Words For Life (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

16. SECURITY

While we implement reasonable safeguards, you acknowledge that:

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

17. TERMINATION
